We appreciate that jewellery, no matter how well made, like any other item of clothing or accessory, is subject to wear and tear. We offer a refurbishment, polishing and altering service to existing clients and can quote to refurbish any Amanda Kay or Global Charming piece starting at £25 per piece plus postage of £5. For pieces not made by either company, quotes can be prepared on sight of the piece.

As our pieces are made of precious metals - sterling silver, gold filled and gold - and not plated, we can engrave on most items. If the surface area is too small, for example, on a necklace or bracelet, for a truly personal touch, we can create a matching tag at the clasp to engrave on to.

Costs of engraving vary from £0.50 upwards. Please enquire for a quote which will depend on the number of letters and style of engraving. We can forward a style sheet for you to choose a font from. As items are hand engraved, this is only a guide but will closely approximate the final article.
