Amanda Kay Ltd has made every effort to display the items as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate photography and descriptions. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on.
Contract for sale
The advertising of products on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Amanda Kay Ltd, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email dispatched once payment has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.
These terms and conditions will only be varied by changes made by Amanda Kay Ltd on the site, which we may make from time to time.
Receipt of order and Payments
Amanda Kay Ltd must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your payment via Google Checkout, (insert) Paypal, cheque, postal orders (delete) or BACS has been authorized and cleared and stock is checked, Amanda Kay Ltd will send you an email receipt confirming your order and dispatch your item. Please keep this receipt for your records. For payment process for personal commissions, please see below. Personal cheques should be made payable to Amanda Kay Ltd.
Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the catalogue, Amanda Kay Ltd reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price.
We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. We will not process payment until we have confirmed that the item is available.
Amanda Kay Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.
Returning a product
We operate a 7 working day Guarantee from date of dispatch during which you can return the item for a full refund less postage and packaging. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can cancel your order within 7 days by simply contacting us at info@amandakay.co.uk or calling us on +44 (0)7866 487 395. You will need to provide us with a contact telephone number, the date of purchase, the item description and the name of the person who purchased the item.
A prompt refund will be issued only if the item is unworn, in its original condition along with the packaging and all the information referred to above is received.
If you are outside that time limit, subject to items being returned in mint condition and only at the discretion of Amanda Kay Ltd, you will be offered a credit note for the value of the goods which can be redeemed at any time over the following three months.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us by registered post only. For items being sent from outside the UK, please use Airsure for Europe and UPS/FEDEX for Worldwide. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please send your items to:

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund pierced earrings.
By placing an order you agree to Amanda Kay Ltd's terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellations and exchanges
If you realized you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for 'Returning a Product' in those instances. If you wish to exchange a product, please include details of the item that you wish to exchange your purchase for in your package.
Defective and damaged items
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order, repairing your piece, or refunding the amount paid less post and packaging.
We are happy to repair any item damaged as a result of normal wear and tear within ninety days from date of purchase at no cost on the basis that the item has not been subjected to abnormally severe use determined by any large abrasions, scratches or other significant damage.
Outside of the ninety days, we make repairs at a reasonable service fee. Please refer to our Refurbishment Service.

Personal Commissions
For personal commissions quoted at over £200, 50% of the total quote or the entire materials cost whichever is greater must be cleared in payment prior to any designs or images being forwarded to you. This amount is non-refundable.
Disclaimer
Amanda Kay Ltd works to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused, incorrect prices or information.
If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email us with your comments. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.
Customer responsibility
Amanda Kay Ltd cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions.
This site and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between Amanda Kay Ltd and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of products by Amanda Kay Ltd would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation. No prospective customer should seek to make any order through the site from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for Amanda Kay Ltd to sell products.
Legal Governance
Your use of this site and any contract between you and Amanda Kay Ltd for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

All materials, including images, illustrations, designs layout, photographs, written and other text or script that are part of this site are protected by copyright, trade mark, trade dress and/or other intellectual property rights owned, controlled or licensed to Amanda Kay Ltd. The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Amanda Kay Ltd.
The contents of the site and the site as a whole are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Amanda Kay Ltd or using the site as a shopping resource. Postage and Packaging
All items are delivered packaged in Amanda Kay Ltd boxes.
Items are dispatched via Royal Mail signed for service at a cost of £6 within the UK. We reserve the right to charge extra or not to supply if duty rates for international shipments change. If we have already accepted your order, you have the right to cancel. Also, please note that it may not be possible for us to deliver to some countries. If an order is received with a delivery address outside the territories stated, you will be contacted by us to discuss the options.
Overseas orders are placed at the customers risk. Amanda Kay Ltd will not accept responsibility for overseas orders lost in transit. You will be liable for all export charges if applicable. Any duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered oversears will need to be settled by you as Amanda Kay Ltd will not be held liable for these.
We aim to deliver all UK address items within 2 to 7 working days from clearance of payment, subject to availability. If we are out of stock of any item, you will be notified within 48 hours by email.
Privacy policy
Your details and data
Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, so we don't use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfil your orders or offer you services such as new alerts or reminder services.
Amanda Kay Ltd does not combine your individual information with any kind of site analysis, but we do look at the overall browsing behaviour of our customers to improve the way the site navigates. We also do not track your behaviour on any other sites or follow you once you've left www.amandakay.co.uk.
Any personal data gathered by us in your use of this site will be recorded electronically and only used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Gathered and stored by Amanda Kay Ltd in the UK in order to effect delivery of your goods and provide our full customer service to you, as well as to compile accounting and other records.
Email usage
Amanda Kay Ltd uses your email address as a convenient way to contact you about your order or any reminder service you have. From time to time, we may update you on relevant site or private sale news, but only with your permission. We will not pass your details on to any other relevant third parties that we think you may be interested in if you have requested us not to do this.
